Re Bito run #dd01c7 ("LONG RAW misclassified as text"): fixed in 63f4fcaa47.
`LONG RAW` is binary, and dropping it from the LONG pattern alone would let the
base numeric `^long` pattern take it. So `OracleEngineSpec.get_column_types`
now returns no mapping for `LONG RAW`, the same as `BLOB` and `RAW`.
`test_get_column_spec_unmapped_types` covers upper- and lowercase `LONG RAW`;
both cases fail without the fix. test_oracle.py: 47 passed.
