Review Comment:
If a TLS Redis peer stalls during shutdown, the deadline cancels
disconnect() and this closes the event loop while its TLS transport still owns
an open socket; repeated attempts retain those sockets until garbage
collection. Could unfinished private transports be aborted before the loop is
closed, with a stalled-TLS-shutdown regression?
