Addressed @mikebridge's review in 0ca1e7e: an explicit `Source = Semantic layer` combined with Editor, or with `Certified = Yes`, now resolves to empty (the resolver checks it before returning the explicit source). `Certified = No` and Modified by still list views, and the Schema exception from #43829 is unchanged; regression tests cover each combination at the resolver and `run()` level. The description is updated: question 2 now reflects that the legacy columns were made strict in 38ee316.
