On finding 2 in the review: thanks for spotting the inherited list_metrics paths. I left them unchanged in 7caa2a7ded1be96c5c400a4d7bb19cafc9a7e6ac; this PR covers structure, runtime schema and the two compatibility tools, not all semantic metadata errors. Could we follow up separately on both the per-view warning and outer error response, with tests that keep provider details out of client notifications and results while retaining server diagnostics?
