Thanks Colin for the suggestion. The flag will bypass tests on non-x86
platforms, which isn't perfect because ISA-L isn't expected to be only able to
run on x86 machines, but thru the whole discussions it looks like necessary in
order not to break others unexpectedly.
Sounds good to proceed in this way?
