I have been in touch with Marcelo. Here's the story:

Marcelo is originally from Brazil, and did all the work on e-PocketSetup
there. He was then hired by a Toronto based company (Allegro Wireless),
and moved there, transferring the rights to the product to his new employer.

A year or so later, he took a job with Microsoft, and moved to
Vancouver, leaving the product behind at Allegro Wireless. It seems that
AW has no interest in marketing the product, except perhaps in
conjunction with their own products.

I have sent an email to AW, so far with no reply. Next step is to phone
them - I'll keep you posted. However, I am not optimistic that the
product will reappear.
