This is similar to a technique I tried once, where I painted part of my body with latex. I was then able to peel the latex off, seal up the seams, et, viola, an air tight latex bag with a built in neck ready to receive the chanter stock. The neck was perfectly suited for producing the greatest harmonic resonance out of the chanter.
