Kevin, It would probably be something like a call every once in a while about something someone was doing wrong or how do I fix this type of problem. No idea how often I would get called, but just having that capability was what I thought would warrant cash. We are a wholesaler so usually I would say it's not life and death. sounds good to me.

I used to get 1 hour pay for every 4 hours of coverage outside of the normal work schedule and 4 hours minimum extra to show up if I got called. That was quite a while back, I don't think that's too likely these days.
