Hello there, My Current environment:- Domain - NT 4 Domain Controller with SP5 File Server - Windows 2000 SP2 Member Server Exchange Server - NT 4 with SP5 & Exchange Server 5.5 with SP4 Backup Application - Veritas Data Centre Backup Media - Compaq DL Tape Library with 10 slots of cartridge drive
We have just implemented Veritas Datacentre as our new backup application last week. Overall it works all right though I am not very happy how slow it takes to backup individual mailbox which I know I have to put up with it. However I find hard to believe that it takes hours to create an image of a tape content too to be taken offsite. I wish I could provide you more details as this is actually implemented a contractor. What I am trying to find out is if there are any patches that I should be aware of to overcome the slowness issues. Thank you.
