Using a 255.255.255.224 subnet mask will only allow for 30 hosts. Assuming you're using one for your default gateway, that leaves 29. The first and last addresses are un-usable.
You should use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.192 which will allow you 62 hosts. IP addresses are statically assigned - it has a LAN modem that 26 station can use to access the Internet. Whenever I assign an address above 192.168.1.29 that station can not see the server or any other network resource. I am using 255.255.255.224 subnet mask - I have verified that the subnet mask is the same on server and station - assign below 192.168.1.30 and all is well. Any hints?
