Ummm... Net mask of 255.255.255.224 gives you IP addresses from 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.31. .0 is unusable and .31 is the networks broadcast address. That leaves you with the useable address range of 192.168.1.1 thru 192.168.1.30.
If you need more (which it sounds like you do, you will need to change the subnet mask on the network).
