I don't buy that one . . . Every one of our users has home directories
mapped, without any issues logging on slowly.  Why don't you take a look in
the event viewer to see if there is anything in there that would be helpful?

-        Load Active Directory Users & Computers

-        Locate the user account you wish to make the fix for

-        Open the user account properties

-        Go to the profile tab

-        Set the Home Folder to Local Path and leave the box blank

-        Reboot your machine and notice how long it takes to logon.
