I used it to demote about 15 BDC;s Works like a champ. Can beat the price either. I thknk it was $100 for an unlimited license.

If so, there is no Microsoft-supported method for doing this. There is a 3rd-party tool, call U-Promote (www.u-tools.com), that will demote a BDC to a member server.
