I can tell you it is a nightmare. There is a whole new build out last
week, 4454. It fixes a few of the things like remote agent installs
failing and so on. 

But there are things in a Win2k3 backup arena that need to be changed
and are not documented or poorly documented. It still has daily
"communication failure with remote agent" on random resources, etc.

This is by far one of the worst software releases from anyone I have
ever seen and the support has been worthless. 

The main approach to the problems has been "hardly anyone is having a
problem" and "that is the first we heard of that". Yet they released an
entirely new build of it.

Hmmm.. That's an upgrade I need to do in the not too distant future
myself.
