Ok bonehead question for W2K Pro client PC. How can you make changes to the PC for a user profile w/out logging in as that user? Example, UserA on PC1 has a problem with Outlook. How can I view/change this users Outlook settings w/out logging in as this user (which requires me resetting their password if they aren't around).
It has to be simpler than copying the profile, making changes, and copying it back, right?
