For this user, neither. It is a full W2K (clients and servers) AD domain
however. I have 9 (of 37) users with a roaming profile, but this user isn't
one of them.

Do you use Roaming profiles or Group policy?

Ok gotcha, you gave me an Outlook-specific fix, I need a PC / user fix and I
used Outlook as an example. What if I want to add a printer to this PC for
anyone (or everyone) who logs in to it? Or what about changing the default
search and home page for Internet Explorer for a specific user on it? What I
had to specifically deal with this morning was resetting the default e-mail
client to Outlook (actually had to set it to Outlook Express and then back
to Outlook for it to take, but it worked).

Thanks again,
