On ur system as the administrator, set up a profile for the user in question and configure it to us NT authentication. When u click on the outlook to open it will present u with a dialog box asking which profile to use, click on the profile u just set up, a small dialog box will appear for login information. username; domain; password; In this supply the site service account information.
