Do you use Roaming profiles or Group policy?

Ok gotcha, you gave me an Outlook-specific fix, I need a PC / user fix and I
used Outlook as an example. What if I want to add a printer to this PC for
anyone (or everyone) who logs in to it? Or what about changing the default
search and home page for Internet Explorer for a specific user on it? What I
had to specifically deal with this morning was resetting the default e-mail
client to Outlook (actually had to set it to Outlook Express and then back
to Outlook for it to take, but it worked).

Thanks again,

On ur system as the administrator, set up a profile for the user in question
and configure it to us NT authentication. When u click on the outlook to
open it will present u with a dialog box asking which profile to use, click
on the profile u just set up, a small dialog box will appear for login
information. username; domain; password;
In this supply the site service account information.

Site service account is the account used when u installed your mail Server,
this account is different from admin password

i hope this help.

Ok can you get a little more step-by-step than that? What is the site
service account? Do you mean the admin account? And what do you mean by set
the profile for the user...?

Sorry, your answer was a smidge too cryptic for me.

Set the profile for the user and login using the site service account.

Ok bonehead question for W2K Pro client PC. How can you make changes to the
PC for a user profile w/out logging in as that user? Example, UserA on PC1
has a problem with Outlook. How can I view/change this users Outlook
settings w/out logging in as this user (which requires me resetting their
password if they aren't around).

It has to be simpler than copying the profile, making changes, and copying
it back, right?

Thanks in advance,
