Run diag tests on your nic Confirm latest driver Confirm you don't have a duplex mismatch (sounds like you do) Check for runts and line and fcs errors on your switch port

I've replaced the NIC, all cables, patch panel port, even put it on a different switch. Its a 100mbps connection, functioning like 10mbps or worse. Yet it doesn't cut out, just very slow. What else can I try? What tools are out there to help me troubleshoot futher?
