Its a 3com 16p switch, not manageable. The link-light indicates a 100 connection, but I'll try to force the card to 100 to make sure.

I've replaced the NIC, all cables, patch panel port, even put it on a different switch. Its a 100mbps connection, functioning like 10mbps or worse. Yet it doesn't cut out, just very slow. What else can I try? What tools are out there to help me troubleshoot futher?
