why don't you use \setupinteraction for this?
> \pdfinfo{ /Title (\"Ubung) /Author (M�nster) } % neither \"U nor � work
\setupinteraction[title=�bung,Author=M�nster]
> \pdfcatalog{ /PageMode /FullScreen } % this works well
\setupinteraction[option=max]
> \pdfdest num 1 fitbh % I would like to get the same result as in LaTeX with
> % \hypersetup{pdfstartview={FitBH}}
what does this do?
