The install for 12.3 quits if it's running. That's just sad. That was as far as I got, at approximately 00:30 on a Friday night, and I called it quits for the time being. I'm going to revisit it later. Snipped the rest of your experience, which is good to know. I will not be installing as DA, however. I've got a server administrator account that I'll be using - it's a domain account, and its permissions are applied via GPO. If it's unhappy about that, I'll use the local Administrator account.
