Internet Explorer temporary files have been excluded from roaming profile synchronization for as long as I have been dealing with Active Directory environments.
Other web browers have been known to put their browsing cache someplace under %APPDATA% (Firefox before 1.5), but IE 5 and newer isn't one of them.
