As long as you use a different naming scheme for your lab setup, you should be fine. I bought WebstersLab.com to use because sometimes I have to take my lab server(s) to a customer site to deliver training. If you are doing this at work and you have the proper switches, VLAN off your stuff but still allow Internet access to grab updates and product files.
There is also Microsoft's Virtual Labs http://www.microsoft.com/events/vlabs/default.mspx . Microsoft makes most of their products available for free 180-day trials. Citrix makes most of their software available as 90-day trials (grab another free license and add another 90 days at the end - but don't tell them I told you that).
