  My theory is it's not about the skills of the PM or the SMEs
bythemselves, but rather, how good *both* parties are at
communicating.  And better skills on one side can make up for poorer
skills on the other side, to a certain extent.

  I do not have data to support this theory.  I do, however, have
chores I'm avoiding.
