Ryan, In regards to your original question on the Lenovo rep, do you mean reseller or a Lenovo employee?
To thread: I agree with what someone posted that pcs = problems but I would add a second part to that equation, users + pcs = problems. We have all encountered systems, whether they be servers / laptops / pcs / peripherals, that were crap to some and others believe they are the best thing next to whatever turns your noodle. Our experience from a support perspective, IBM and Lenovo blow Dell out of the water. But again that is our experience. My 2 cents. I step off the soap box and allow the next one on.
