I'd also look at how their network(s) work in you area. I almost switched to AT&T from Verizon until I realized that their 3G and Edge networks are not on the same platforms. This from what I hear from other AT&T users is the main reason sooo many experience dropped calls. How much this is true I'm not sure, I just didn't want to take any chances so I stayed with VZ and chose what I thought was the next thing to the Treo, the VX6800. IMO: The iPhone is appealing but the timing for me sucks. I run a lot and have a nano so one of the appealing features of the iPhone is being able to use the NikeID, have music, and now sync with Exchange. The down side is not being able to use my MS apps, etc. If they, Apple, market this and other new features right they could be very successful at reaching not only the RIM but also most of us so called die hard mobile users.
