I can't seem to get it to accept the /profile switch.  Does this work
for you?

This tool has been modified a few times. It has now been tested on XP,
O2003, Vista, 2007 and combinations of both. I have been using it daily
for quite a while now.

Just be aware of the caveat on the blog post - namely that the tool
author hasn't worked out if there's a good reason why you can only load
a single Outlook instance at a time.
