Hey Everyone, I have a question I need help with.
Currently we have Exchange 2003 Enterprise and we are cleaning up our mail storage. We have had dynamic growth in the past 2 years and our database has grown from 40gb to over 120gb. We are going through and creating new stores and storage groups to alleviate some of the stress on the databases but I still have a few users that are at 10-20GB each in their mailboxes. I try to get them to clean it up and delete some unneeded items but due to healthcare vulnerable emails they will not. Since it is the President, CEO, COO...my hands are tied. Does anyone know of an easy solution to archive their emails and make them "easily accessible". Of course I know of all the email archiving applications at an enterprise level and I am currently looking at a few but I need something for these few mailboxes rather quickly. Any ideas you can throw at me would be appreciated.
