Maybe you think they wouldn't do this for Palin, because you and everyone else knows what a poor choice she was to begin with. So perhaps its not that they wouldn't do it because she's a woman or that she's a Republican - but simply because a majority of people believe that she's inadequate to begin with.
But I dont understand why we are hypothesising about someone who lost. Winning/losing is ultimately about popularity (and whatever underlying reasons make you popular in that contest). Less popular contestants don't get the attention that the popular ones do. It doesnt matter what side of the contest you are on. Thats just life, and right now Obama is very popular. -- ME2 On Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 2:46 PM, Kurt Buff <[email protected]> wrote: > Somehow, I doubt that they would do this for Palin. > > What do you think? > > And, just so you understand, I think Palin would make a very poor > president, while Obama, though I don't like his policies, has a chance > of being a decent president. > > On Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 11:11 AM, David Lum <[email protected]> wrote: >> Yeah no significance there, it's just skin color.
