Wow this went off topic. Let's try to answer the actual question. If it's on CNN, (I assume it will be), there is a link online that allows you to stream it via VLC. VLC has many powerful server functions that allow you to rebroadcast the steam, and set up a internal streaming server. Haven't done it, but read that it's possible.
