We have a couple of Xerox color copiers/printers and they've been okay. Most of the trouble was being unfamiliar with how to set them up (they're a little different from the Ricohs they replaced). The service reps here were really good about helping us get it set up. We were able to negotiate and get the consumables down to a reasonable level compared to others. We had Canons before the Ricohs (still have a couple hanging around). We went with Ricoh because we wanted faster, but we have the service guy out about every other week because we run 'em to death (it was about the same for the Canons, too). We use Kyocera desktop printers and like them. Not familiar with their multi-purpose boxes. Regardless of the solution, keep an eye on the consumables. That's where they'll get you. ________________________________

Anyone have any good/bad/ugly on these? Kyocera TASKalfa 820 Kyocera KM-5050 Canon ImageRunner 5075 Canon ImageRunner 5055 Xerox Workcentre 5675PT Xerox Workcentre 5655P Spec-wise, they all look very similar. Even the pricing and cost per page are right on. I've never dealt w/ Kyocera - so I am a little hesitant going with them...
