This is going to depend on your maintenance support contract and
responsiveness as much as the unit itself. But as for units, Xerox hands
down. I find the drivers and web UI for Kyocera MFP's to defy common sense
on many levels. I think the web UI was written by a first year English
student. On the Kyo that I worked with, the scanner and the printer had
separate IP's, and were managed differently. Partly from the Web UI partly
from the panel even though all the options appeared configurable from the
Web UI.

Subject: Copiers

We are in the process of looking at a few different copiers.
Anyone have any good/bad/ugly on these?

Kyocera TASKalfa 820
Kyocera KM-5050

Canon ImageRunner 5075
Canon ImageRunner 5055

Xerox Workcentre 5675PT
Xerox Workcentre 5655P

Spec-wise, they all look very similar. Even the pricing and cost per page
are right on.
I've never dealt w/ Kyocera - so I am a little hesitant going with them.

Thanks.
