JAMS JAMS JAMS.
Scanning software (Sharpdesk) is horrible.
Drawers "hum" to their own tune
And our favorite message.... "A misfeed has occurred"

        Thanks
The Xerox place is directly across the street.
The Kyocera is our current provider (who isn't pushing Sharp
anymore - thank goodness!)
We do a lot of scanning, and the Xerox machines can scan
directly to a searchable PDF file.
They also claim they have some license agreement with Adobe to
make a true PDF, and hence a much smaller file size.

No one else scan to searchable PDF without 3rd party software.
So I'm leaning towards Xerox, but anything will be better than
our Sharps!

If they seem to spec the same, I'd shop for which vendor
provides the best service for your area.
