I just installed my first ocs2007r2 server last week in preperation to
migrating from LCS2005sp1. We had a telephony pilot using the call
control stuff (shim from nortel on a proxy) and the normalization
rules were challenging to get through the logic. I will glance at the
stuff in the config options monday and see if anything leaps out that
might help.

For regex stuff, I would suggest RegexBuddy as a way to help.
