Have a PE1950 which has Win2K Server. Would like to upgrade to Win2k8. Machine has CD media is on DVD so I got USB DVD. Boots fine with Dell startup/install DVD, when I try to install Server 2998 (is an option on menu) install fails - cannot see DVD to get the OS files. If I boot from Windows 2008 DVD install cannot find the Hard drives.
