At the screen to pick the volume, as you can't see the drives it'll be empty.
There should be an option for Load Drivers at the bottom of the screen. Would like to upgrade to Win2k8. Machine has CD media is on DVD so I got USB DVD. Boots fine with Dell startup/install DVD, when I try to install Server 2998 (is an option on menu) install fails ? cannot see DVD to get the OS files. If I boot from Windows 2008 DVD install cannot find the Hard drives.
