No real issues to date (several dozen upgraded). As long as the Win 2008 is 
stable and clean, I doubt you'll have issues

I've Google'd this and have found less information that I expected. The 
consensus seems to be that it should work if the stars are properly aligned. 
The key is you need to already be running the 64-bit version of 2008; you can't 
jump from 32-bit to 64-bit.
