A shared email address that goes to all customer service wouldn't be a bad
idea, I guess... Although, the sales reps are grouped by region and all reps
for a certain region have their own "Customer Service Rep." I'll talk to the
customer service manager about having a shared mailbox/distribution list for
all of customer service....makes a lot of sense.

I can't remember if your outfit uses Exchange, but if you do, the
better way of doing this is with public folders or distribution lists.

At $WORK, because we don't yet have DIDs, all faxes from our Rightfax
box go to a single mailbox that is a secondary mailbox for our admin
staff.
