A shared email address that goes to all customer service wouldn't be a bad idea, I guess... Although, the sales reps are grouped by region and all reps for a certain region have their own "Customer Service Rep." I'll talk to the customer service manager about having a shared mailbox/distribution list for all of customer service....makes a lot of sense.
