Hey All;
So we all have them, but I am curious to see what everyone else does and what tools are used when the users chief complaint is my PC is "slow" . Most times, I take a look at the Four major's CPU, Mem, HD, Network, I look at their event viewer, OS and Application patch levels, and what they're doing at the time of the complaint A lot of the times though I think most of these complaints are subjective to what a user perceives as slow, there never is a magic number you can refer to and say hey you're at 11 and that's slow let me bring you down to a 5 and speed you up. Suggestions? Thx!
