I ported some phone lines from POTS to Comcast at a satellite office
back in November. Verizon seems to be expericning separation anxiety.
I'm still getting regular calls and letters from Verizon telling me
how they've terminated, reinstated, corrected, billed, credited, etc.
the lines. I've checked the NID several times and it's been lifeline
dialtone only, and we've sure as hell got the on-site phones connected
to the Comcast equipment, and inbound calls ring only on Comcast.

Same building, trying to get Comcast to install TV for the owner's
new impress-the-VIPs office. Apparently, you cannot get HBO,
Showtime, Cinemax, etc., or pay-per-view, or a Comcast DVR, at a
business address. Not for any price. And when I question the fact
that the paperwork I'm being given by Comcast to sign doesn't match
what the salesweasel is promising, said weasel says it's a limitation
in their system and I'll get billed correctly. Even if that's true,
I'm not about to trust a salesweasel -- especially a Comcast
salesweasel.
