My experience, it turns on.. but nothing happens. No POST, no video, no beep.
So you start taking apart the system... remove cards, down to one RAM modules, try different RAM modules, different CPU, different motherboard, etc... Then you finally give up and try a different power supply. It works. You look at the power supply you just replaced and you notice the 115/230 switch is at 230. Ugh! Never make that mistake again.
