That's correct, there isn't a single best place. It all depends on what
you're used to. I was just speaking from my own experience. I would always
like to see a candidate who can show a full understanding of the technology
being discussed, just that I'd like to see them attack it from the simple
side first.

I didn't mention RSOP but I would certainly like to see it mentioned in any
answer I received. Same goes for replication, domain/forest layout, etc.
