As it turns out the PDU plugs are the same - the different plug styles are
due to amperage, not voltage. Room power was done two IT guys ago and the
fact that the PDUs were attached to 230 was forgotten when it was passed
from him to my predecessor and then from the predecessor to myself. Found
out real quick though. I have very bright yellow signs up now warning
which plugs are 230 and which ones are 115.

The University physical plant does track room voltages and which circuits
get which power, but unfortunately they're not so good at actually
communicating that out to those of us who actually have to work with their
creations.
