I mainly use CDW but also use Insight and PC Mall. My current PC Mall experience is good since my rep is knowledgeable and really works hard to earn my business. I did try them a few years ago and that was a nightmare. What made it worse was all I ordered was a lousy mouse. I do not have experience with Zones or PC Connection. I did try MicroAge when my Insight rep moved over there but the shipping times were awful. They never came close to their predicted shipping dates so I had no choice but to find a better vendor.
