Hi,
I've encountered the problem on a clean Ubuntu install too, but just moved
along. The user is now expected to install the dependencies by themselves,
so technically it's not "our bug". It would be nice though if you document
this on the wiki - Running Nupic on Linux.
Next time you could report a bug in GH Issues, but the discussion on one ML
thread is fine too i think (esp now, since we have the history here).
Btw, what is the problem now? I don't see any error in the last output you
posted.
Appropos, if you can use python 2.6, have a look at the
numenta/nupic-{platform} repos nupic-linux64, nupic-darwin64
these provide all the dependencies preinstalled for convenience.
