IMO, saying L3 is enough.
As an operator I 100% agree with above two statements ! Very well observed.
Operator's focus is to find best ways to realize new and unique services
for their customers. Most vendors above all seek ways to protect their
portfolio and their margins.
Clearly this list and recent ONS summit (http://opennetsummit.org/) has
proven that those interests are unfortunately very often non-intersecting.
