Aptana + it's PHP addon is worth a look.

It's based on Eclispe but offers FTP, code templates, SVN addons (subclipse
+ others), Database Explorer, Code Completion, Jump to Source, Debugging
using xdebug or zend debugger.

Netbeans is quite cool too and I find the interface really simple to use.
