Hi Sid. Not exactly. You use the one control panel to manage everything on your site, including the subdomains. You only need one control panel for your domain. If for example you had multiple domain names, you get a separate control panel for each one.
If you look at this screenshot you can see in the top right the domain it is for. You will simply have a login for each different domain. http://creadore.co.uk/controlPanel.html Hope that's helpful.
