I find we actually have a good mix of a) Web developers who want to handle all billing, support and package specs themselves and thus opt for a full WHM/cPanel reseller package.
b) Web developers who don't want the perceived complexity of a reseller account and so order individual packages for their clients directly from us. c) Web developers who would rather hand off all responsibility/billing/support to a hosting company and simply refer their clients directly to us. I guess everybody has their own preference, and of course some of our design clients end up competing with us in the hosting space via their reseller account too...
